Summary: Child rate applies to children ages 5-12 (Limit one free child under age 4 per adult). Please order online, or call us toll-free at 800-409-2156. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Important Notes:

~~ Your comfort and safety are #1. The Sea Screamer is equipped with comfortable bucket seats, two restrooms, refreshments, and is Coast Guard licensed and equipped for your safety.
~~ This activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the Sea Screamer may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If weather forces cancellation of the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule for a future event.
~~ Spray may get some passengers wet in certain seats, so please dress appropriately.
~~ Feel free to bring non-alcoholic beverages and/or snacks with you onboard. Note that alcohol and coolers/ice chests are NOT permitted on the Sea Screamer. Sodas and water are sold onboard, so bring a little cash with you.
~~ The Sea Screamer is a stable boat and the waters traveled are generally not choppy (if the waters are rough the boat will not go out into the Gulf and will stay on the calm harbor). The cruise should be fine for pregnant women - however, if you are in your third trimester or have other concerns, it is always best to consult with a doctor beforehand.
~~ The Sea Screamer is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, but handicapped passengers can be accommodated as long as they have assistance and can be helped onboard.
